Grizzanti – brand advisor and award winning identity designer – is best known in the sector. Since 1988, he combines his professional activities with academic teaching: he’s professor at some important Universities in Italy and he conducts lectures and seminars about brand and corporate identity.
Gaetano Grizzanti – as reference point for the culture of branding – is now speaker on these topics, he delivers speeches at conferences and business conventions. In 2008 Grizzanti held the first public seminar specific on Brand Identity in Italy, and in 2007, he was a government-sponsored speaker for Italy at an international workshop in Taipei, dedicated to Taiwanese firms.
In 1996, after ten years of experience and experimantations since 1986, Grizzanti established in Milan Univisual – a company specialized in brand strategy and development of design identity systems – that worked for important brand and Organization, such as: Bank of Milan; Barilla; Bauli; Bayer; Bertolli; Dove; Lindt; Pampers; Telecom; Telethon; UniCredit; Unilever.
Member of the Order of Journalists, he writes articles for the management magazine of the main Economics newspaper (Sole 24ore) and looks after the only column about brand identity in Italy (on Mediaforum journal).
Grizzanti is the author of the first Italian book on brand identity (2011, Fausto Lupetti Publishing), entitled "Brand Identikit".
He is the appointed surveyor in trademarks at the Court of Milan and, from 2009 to 2012, he was a National Member of the Board of Directors of AIAP, the Italian Association of communication design.
